You'll need to grab steamapi.dll from your Skyrim folder and put it in the CK folder and you'll need to symlink the CK data folder to your actual Skyrim data folder using mklink. Once steam has DLed CK you can move the CK folder out of your steam folder. If it's a RAM issue, I've got 16GB of DDR3 in there. Rename your Skyrim folder before installing CK. Crash, crash, crash!
